We came across Sarah's Great Day and were absolutely floored. Sarah Strohl hosted a web show with her mom and friends for a number of years starting at the end of 2013. It was predominantly a cooking show that took the viewer on a fun, step by step process of creating things fun and tasty. Towards the end of the run Sarah also taped some very inspirational segments in the gym with her trainer. Sarah has moved on to other pursuits, filming the last episode in June of 2016 but the reason we've decided to include it is the body of work remains on You Tube and is just great.
